First 2018 class rankings: Michigan

After another fast start, a third-straight top-10 class for Jim Harbaugh and the Wolverines is a sound bet. ESPN 300 guard Emil Ekiyor out of Indiana is a future starter.

When was the last time two players from Idaho made the ESPN 300? Before today, the answer was never. Defensive tackle Tommy Togiai of Pocatello Highland and Washington quarterback commit Colson Yankoff became the first duo from Idaho to crack the top 300 ranking. Togiai, who lists Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State, TCU, USC and Washington as his top teams, is the No. 52 player overall. Yankoff, who committed to UDub in March, is the 82nd ranked player.

Tom VanHaaren ESPN Staff Writer

There are currently 25 total ESPN 300 commitments in the Big Ten, all coming from Penn State, Ohio State, Michigan, Nebraska and Maryland. Penn State has the most with eight ESPN 300 commitments followed by Ohio State with seven, Michigan with five, Nebraska holding four and Maryland with one.
