Sacramento Kings center Georgios Papagiannis was helped off the court by teammates after he landed hard on his left side during summer league action against the Suns.

Kings center Georgios Papagiannis suffered a left hip contusion on Saturday. Kings Summer League coach Jason March said the injury looked terrible when it happened and that there was "blood everywhere."

Sacramento Kings center Georgios Papagiannis was taken from the Cox Pavilion in a wheelchair after landing hard on his left side and spending an extended period on the ground in obvious pain. Papagiannis was unable to put weight on his left leg as he was helped off the court by teammates.

Sources: Knicks to install Kings' Perry as GM

The Knicks and Scott Perry have come to an agreement to make the Kings vice president New York's next general manager, sources say.

Kings advance in summer league tournament

The Kings got past the Bucks 69-65 on Wednesday in the opening round of the Las Vegas Summer League tournament. Georgios Papagiannis scored 17 points and grabbed 13 boards, Skal Labissiere added 19 points. Sacramento takes on the undefeated Dallas Mavericks on Thursday.
