ESPN's Field Yates reports that former Bucs safety Bradley McDougald visited the Browns on Monday. McDougald has been a productive player in three-plus seasons in Tampa Bay. He started 31 games the last two seasons, and has five interceptions and 21 passes defensed since 2014.

The Browns signed a kicker Monday. Anything can happen, but Brett Maher figures to be camp competition for Cody Parkey. Maher is a first-year player from Nebraska; Parkey made 20-of-25 kicks last season after he replaced the injured Patrick Murray.
