Alula have updated our navigation and web page structure to streamline and simplify User creation and management. The Customers page will now show 3 tabs instead of 5 and each User will have its own page. This means some items you may be used to finding have moved.
FEATURES TAB
Settings in the Features tab for assigning Video Service Settings has moved into the bottom of the Account tab of the Account Owner.
Sub Users & Sub Users Devices tabs
Sub Users and Sub Users Devices were combined into the Users tab. Select the user to manage access then click Devices.
