Performing the following steps on the Connect-FLX will remove all peripherals, Users, and return all settings to default.

First remove the mounting plate on Connect-FLX. The panel must be in a Tamper condition to reset.

Next Press and hold the Enroll/Reset Button on the bottom of the FLX panel for thirty (30) seconds. The LEDs will go completely off twice during the 30 seconds. After the second time release the button.
Enroll Mode will cycle every 3 seconds ON and OFF.

A power cycle will occur after holding for 10 seconds (the first time all LEDs go off).

A Factory Default can be performed from AlulaConnect.com from the Device Actions menu.
