How to change default and custom passwords in the Connect+ Installer App

Connect+ Installer App allows dealers to place a password on the panel for Connect+ Installer to connect. The Connect+panel must be on version 0.05.09.00 or later.

For the very first connection to the panel the option “Default” must be selected. Once Connect+ Installer is connected to the panel select the “Users” menu. Tap “Edit Installer Password”. Enter the desired password and press Save.

The next time connecting an iOS device to Connect+ tap the “Custom” option and a prompt will appear to enter the password that has been set. Selecting Default will no longer connect to the panel.

The Installer Password may also be changed on AlulaConnect.com by going to the Device>Profile tab.
