  4. What temperatures will trigger on the Home Disaster Sensor?
  • Home disaster Sensor can provide alerting for detection of water (Flood), extreme low temperature (Freeze), and extreme high temperature (Overheat)
    • Tri-mode environmental sensing:
      • Flood/Moisture sensor – can be mounted at any height off the ground
      • Freeze – for furnace failure = room temperature drops below 45F
      • Overheat – for furnace runaway or air conditioning failure = room temperature rises above 100F
    • It can be used as just a flood, just a freeze, or just a overheat, or any combination, or all three
    • Each sensor reports as an independent zone to the panel
