  4. The IGM is not joining my Vista panel properly.
  • Disable Remote Interactive Services (RIS) on the Vista:  *91 on older systems was referred to as the “Call Waiting” feature.  It now has been expanded to include “Remote Interactive Services” in support of the Tuxedo keypad from Honeywell.  This must be disabled (*91=0) for our IGM to join the Vista properly.
  • Some systems may have Keypad Lock-out enabled.  This is option *188 on the Vista panel.  While the IGM will work with this feature enabled, if there is a PIN code programmed on the SecureNet Dealer Portal that doesn’t match the codes in the panel, it is possible to have a Keypad Lockout condition occur.
